All sessions have the option to do a boudie bank pre-payment which can be paid in one of two amounts $1000 or $2000 which is applied to your order at the ordering session. If you're booking more than 2 months into the future, this payment can be broken down monthly and the final payment must be made 2 weeks before your session. If at the ordering session you have overpaid the boudie payment, it will be refunded.

Ordering Sessions are typically held 1 hour after your session. Although in some instances we may do a Zoom ordering session a few days after your session.

An order MUST be placed at the viewing session.

Viewing sessions are 1 hour in duration and if more than 1 hour is needed or a second viewing session is required, an additional cost of $200 will need to be paid which can not come out of any credit or discount.

If no order for Photographic Images was placed at the time of the viewing session, the Photographic Proofs will be held for seven days. After seven days if no order has been placed, all session images will be deleted, NO EXCEPTIONS. All finished products both electronic and printed are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once orders are placed, there are no refunds or downgrades. Certain upgrades may be possible depending on the product ordered.

If digital images have already been provided, additional image substitutions will be billed as additional images.

Provocateur Images offers an extended payment plan by which you can pay for your order in instalments ranging from 3 weeks to 6 months. A $100 fee is applied to any payments 3 months or longer. Finished products, including digital images will NOT be delivered until the final payment has been made. All payment plans require a credit card be kept on file. In the event of late payments or payments that are unable to be processed, a $25 flat fee per month will be added to the order. If a payment plan goes past the agreed upon time frame $100 will be added per month for each month the payment is late.

Allow a minimum of 4 weeks for production and delivery of finished products from the time of your ordering session but longer timeframes may occur. Provocateur Images can not be held accountable for late orders based on supplier constraints.

All finished products are shipped directly to the customer upon completion. We do not prefer to handle orders for pickup as this is less secure. In the event that a customer insists on an in personal pickup, we can not be held responsible for finished products lost or stolen in transit while in our possession.

The client acknowledges and understands that Provocateur Images cannot guarantee that any specific photo will be taken, nor an exact reproduction of an image supplied for inspiration. Provocateur Images will make every effort to accommodate the client’s wishes and acknowledges that there is a reasonable expectation of professional quality consistent with the photographers work. The client understands that the work on display through websites, prints, etc. has been retouched and the client will get retouched digital files, additionally retouching outside what is included in the package is an extra charge. Provocateur Images cannot be held liable for factors over which they have no control which may affect the quality of the photographs, such as client lateness or excessive client drug/alcohol use.

Provocateur Images also tries VERY hard to make sure all edits are done to the best of our abilities but also acknowledges that sometimes mistakes happen in editing. Provocateur Images will assess each situation on a case by case basis for reprinting/reproducing based on edits.
